I grew up in a real estate family in Naples, Florida, and have been a resident of Arizona and Colorado since 1987.

 

In 2014, I brought a deep business background to the Summit County and Fairplay real estate community, coupled with a passion for service.

 

Quality properties are my specialty. I've never been involved in a transaction where the home or land wasn't something I'd be excited to purchase myself.

In the mountains, quality is a very big thing. It's not just about aesthetics; function is a key factor in determining the overall quality of a home. Life in the mountains can be either an easy flow or a challenge. It all depends on the functional aspects of the home and location.
